Client Profile

Mattamy Homes – Compass Landing is the home builder and developer behind Compass Landing, a gated residential community located in Naples, Florida. Compass Landing is a thoughtfully planned neighborhood of single family homes offering a range of floor plans with 3-5 bedrooms, garages, and stylish Coastal/West Indies-inspired designs. The community features resort style amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and playground, providing a comfortable and active lifestyle for residents. Its location in North Naples places it close to beaches, shopping, dining, and top rated schools, making it an appealing choice for families and full time or seasonal residents alike.

Play Space Project Goals

Our project goals were to enhance the neighborhood park by installing new playground equipment that created a fun, safe, and engaging space for children of all ages. We also installed a structural shade over park benches to provide a comfortable area for parents, caregivers, and residents to relax while supervising and enjoying the park. Overall, the improvements were completed to increase usability, encourage outdoor activity, and create a more welcoming community gathering space for everyone.

Neighborhood Project Details and Features

This project included the installation of the Ditch Plains Park Play Ground to provide a fun and engaging play space for the neighborhood. Two portable 6’ Deluxe benches with backrests were added to offer comfortable seating for parents, caregivers, and visitors. A 15’x8’x8’ hanging cantilever sun cover was also installed to provide relief from the sun and improve overall comfort in the seating area. Rubber mulch surfacing was the client’s responsibility and was not included as part of our installation scope.
