Project Scope

We installed the Barberton playground system, two spring riders, and two benches. The project also included the installation of 12 super sacks of coated rubber mulch and 42 border timbers.

Client Profile

Mt. Gilead Full Gospel International Ministries, located in Richmond, Virginia, is a non-denominational Christian church dedicated to “Changing Lives With the Word of God” through biblical teaching, worship, discipleship, and community outreach. The church offers weekly worship services, ministries for children, youth, men, women, and families, as well as local and international mission programs, educational opportunities, and outreach initiatives that provide practical support and spiritual encouragement to people both in the Richmond area and around the world.

Project Goals

The goal of this project was to transform the outdoor space into a vibrant destination where children can climb, play, and explore in a safe and welcoming environment. An outdoor play set as a system serves as the centerpiece of the playground, while two spring riders add extra opportunities for imaginative play. Two park benches were added to provide a comfortable place for parents and caregivers to relax, and the coated rubber mulch with border timbers helps create a safe, durable, and well-defined play area.

Project Details and Features

For this project, we installed commercial play equipment such as the Barberton playground system along with two spring riders, offering children a variety of play experiences. Two benches were installed to provide convenient seating, while 12 super sacks of coated rubberised mulch and 42 border timbers completed the playground with a safe contained surfacing area.
