Community Park Project – Surfacing Project for Community Park in Yucca Valley, California

Our project goals were to enhance the accessibility, safety, and overall play experience of the baseball field through the installation of poured-in-place rubber flooring. This upgrade created a smooth, durable, and ADA-accessible surface that supports athletes of all abilities, including those using wheelchairs or mobility devices. By improving field access and reducing tripping hazards, the new surfacing helps promote inclusive recreation, increase usability for the community, and provide a long lasting solution designed to withstand heavy use and varying weather conditions.

This project included the installation of 15,326 square feet of poured-in-place (PIP) rubber playground flooring to improve accessibility and safety throughout the baseball field. The new surfacing provides a seamless, durable, and impact attenuating surface designed to meet ADA accessibility standards while enhancing mobility for players of all abilities. Built to withstand heavy use and outdoor conditions, the poured-in-place system creates a smooth and stable pathway and playing area that supports inclusive recreational access and long term field performance.
