Ardent Preschool & Daycare – Town Madison in Madison, Alabama, is a licensed preschool and daycare center. They provide high quality full time childcare and early education programs for infants through preschool age children in a nurturing, structured environment. The center features modern classrooms, age appropriate outdoor play areas (including a splash pad and covered play spaces), and a curriculum focused on foundational academics and character development rooted in Christian values. Ardent aims to support children’s social, emotional, and intellectual growth while giving families trusted care close to home and work in the growing Town Madison community.

Daycare Play Space Project Goals

Our project goals were to create a safe, engaging, and durable outdoor play environment that supports children’s active play and development across three separate play spaces. Through the installation of high quality playground equipment, protective sun shade structures, and artificial turf, we aimed to deliver cohesive areas that are inclusive, weather resilient, and built for long term use. This project also included poured rubber playground flooring for the splash pad to provide a safe and visually appealing finish. Overall, the improvements were designed to enhance play value, increase safety and comfort, and provide welcoming outdoor spaces for children and staff for years to come.

Commercial Playgrounds Project Details and Features

This project included the installation of three custom playground sets featuring the Canyon Creek Play System, Cedar Rapids Play System, and Key Largo Play System, each designed to provide exciting play opportunities. The project also included 11,240 square feet of turf synthetic grass installed throughout all three play areas, creating a clean, durable, and low maintenance surface. In addition, 4,300 square feet of poured in place rubber surfacing was installed in the splash pad and courtyard areas to provide a safe, slip resistant, and long lasting finish. To enhance comfort and sun protection, we added four outdoor shades, including two 20′ x 30′ x 10′ rectangular shades placed over the Key Largo and Cedar Rapids playgrounds, a custom 30′ x 50′ x 17.5′ shade installed over the Canyon Creek playground, and a custom sail shade design installed in the courtyard.
