Play Space Project Goals

The goal of this project was to create an engaging outdoor play environment that encourages physical activity, social interaction, and imaginative play for children of all ages. This project included the installation of a new play set, three spring riders, and a hip canopy shade structure to provide protection from the sun and enhance user comfort. The playground also features rubber playground mulch surfacing and border containment to improve safety, creating a welcoming recreational space for the community.

Communal Playground Project Details and Features

This project features the installation of the Barrington Ridge Playground Set, providing children with a fun and engaging play structure designed to encourage climbing, sliding, imaginative play, and social interaction. Additional play elements include a Bee Spring Rider, Pony Spring Rider, and Orbital Spring See-Saw, offering a variety of motion-based activities for younger users. A 24′ x 40′ x 12′ hip sun shade structure was installed over the play system to provide sun protection and improve comfort, while 18 supersacks of rubber mulch was added throughout the playground area to create a safer, impact-absorbing surface for active play.
