Project Scope

This project consisted of the installation of a commercial playground set, an independent climber, and two benches. For safety surfacing, we added artificial turf and poured in place rubber surfacing.

Project Goals

Our goal was to create an exciting outdoor recreational space that encourages active play for children of all ages. This project included the installation of new commercial playground equipment, durable poured-in-place rubber surfacing, and artificial turf to provide a comfortable and aesthetic play environment. New site furnishings, including benches, were also added to give parents, caregivers, and staff convenient seating while enhancing the overall functionality and appearance of the space.

Project Details and Features

The completed project featured the installation of the Ditch Plains playground set alongside the Craggy Island Climber, creating a fun and challenging play environment with activities for children of varying ages and skill levels. The space was finished with 1,845 square feet of blue poured-in-place rubber playground surfacing to provide a durable, accessible play area, while 8,586 square feet of synthetic turf added a clean, low-maintenance surface that enhances the overall appearance of the site. To complete the space, two park benches were installed to provide comfortable seating for parents, caregivers, and staff overseeing the playground.
