Commercial Shade Project – Outdoor Space for Animal Shelter in Gainesville, Florida

Our project goals were to enhance comfort, safety, and usability at the shelter through the installation of multiple sun shade structures in key outdoor areas. By strategically placing these structures around high traffic and animal activity zones, we aim to provide protection from sun and inclement weather for both visitors and animals. This improvement will help create a more welcoming environment, support animal well being, and ensure year round functionality of the shelter’s outdoor spaces.

This project includes the installation of two 24′ x 14′ x 8′ Hanging Cantilever Shade Sail Structures with Glide Elbows and five 20′ x 14′ x 8′ Hanging Cantilever Shade Structures with Glide Elbows, strategically positioned to maximize coverage and functionality. These durable, high-quality shade systems are designed to provide extensive overhead protection while maintaining open, unobstructed space beneath. The cantilever design allows for efficient use of the area, and the glide elbow feature enhances structural strength and fabric tension, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliable shade for outdoor activities.
