St. Lucie Rental Homes is a newly built residential community located in Port St. Lucie, FL. This pet-friendly neighborhood offers spacious three- and four-bedroom single-family rental homes featuring open floor plans, modern kitchens with full appliances, in-home laundry hookups, attached two-car garages, and private outdoor patios. Residents enjoy resort-style amenities including a swimming pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, dog park, and scenic walking trails. Commercial Playground Project Goals

The goal of this installation is to create a welcoming, versatile, and functional outdoor space that enhances community engagement and recreation. By incorporating an outdoor playset in neutral colors, the design achieves a timeless and natural look that blends seamlessly with its surroundings. The addition of benches and picnic tables encourages gathering, relaxation, and social interaction, while dog park equipment extends the space’s use to pet owners and their companions. Playground mulch and borders ensure safety, durability, and a clean aesthetic, tying the entire project together as an inclusive environment for families, friends, and neighbors to enjoy.

Community Play Area Project Details and Features

This project involved the installation of commercial playground equipment, the Tidewater Club play system in neutral colors, to create an inviting and exciting community play space. The project included adding seven park benches and two picnic tables to give families and neighbors plenty of spots to relax and gather. For the dog park, two waste stations were installed to help keep the area clean and enjoyable. To finish it off, 53 cubic yards of wood mulch and 39 borders were placed for safety, durability, and a polished appearance.
