Client Profile

Hammock Reserve HOA in Haines City, Florida, is a welcoming community featuring a resort-style pool, cabana, playgrounds, and dog parks. With scenic trails, preserved wetlands, and open spaces, it offers a peaceful environment while being conveniently located near US-17, US-27, and I-4, just 20 miles from Walt Disney World.

Commercial Playground Project Goals

Our project enhanced the community space by installing commercial playground equipment, including a play system, swings, and a 30’x30’x12’ shade structure for sun protection. We also added park benches, rubber mulch, and dog park amenities, creating a safe and engaging neighborhood play area for all.

Community Play Area Project Details and Features

This project involved installing the Ditch Plains Neutral play system and a one-bay single post playground swing with two cantilever arms, shaded by a 30’x30’x12’ hip shade system. The site features 12 park benches, five trash receptacles, a loop bike rack, and two ribbed steel wingline benches. Surfacing included 16 supersacks of black rubber playground mulch, 48 eight-inch borders, and an ADA half ramp. Additionally, a Novice Dog Park Kit was installed across two areas, featuring Fido fountains, waste receptacles, and welcome signs, creating a well-equipped outdoor play and pet-friendly environment.
