Playground Project Goals

The goal of this project was to create a safe and engaging outdoor recreation space that supports active play and social interaction for children of various ages. The installation of two playground systems and two swing sets expanded play opportunities by providing a variety of activities that encouraged physical development and imaginative play. Playground mulch surfacing was installed to enhance safety within the play areas, while two sun shades were added to improve comfort and provide protection from the elements. Together, these improvements created a more functional and enjoyable environment for children.

Playground Set Project Details and Features

This project included the installation of multiple play and shade elements designed to create an exciting outdoor recreation space for Little Bulldogs Learning Center. The completed installation featured the Ladera Heights Playground Set, Knoxville Commercial Playground System, a 3-Bay Elite Single Post Swing Set, and an Early Childhood T-Swing, offering children a variety of opportunities for climbing, sliding, swinging, social interaction, and active play. The project also included the installation of approximately 150 cubic yards of engineered wood mulch to provide a safe surface throughout the playground. Two hip sun sail shade structures were installed to improve comfort and provide shaded areas throughout the playground, helping create a more functional and enjoyable play environment for children.
