Client Profile

Country Landing Homeowners Association is a residential community in Apopka, Florida. It was established to manage and maintain common areas, enforce community rules and covenants, and oversee neighborhood standards to help preserve property values and ensure a cohesive community environment. The HOA coordinates services such as maintenance oversight, fee collection, rule enforcement, and provides residents with access to community information and governance processes that aim to keep the neighborhood well-maintained and attractive for current and prospective homeowners.

Community Space Project Goals

Our project goal was to enhance the community’s shared outdoor space by installing new playground equipment that provided a safe, engaging, and family friendly recreation area for residents. The improvements were intended to encourage active play, support social interaction, and create an inviting amenity. Overall, the new playground helped strengthen the community environment by offering a fun and durable space for children and families to enjoy.

This project included the installation of the Adventure Playground Set, creating a fun and durable play space designed for everyday use within the community. The new system provided a variety of play opportunities that encouraged active movement, social interaction, and imaginative play for children of different ages. With its commercial grade construction, the Albatross playground delivered a long lasting, engaging amenity that enhanced the HOA’s outdoor recreational area. The client was responsible for the wood chips installation.
