Project Scope

Installed the Baraboo playset with integrated shade, the Radical Rotator, and a glockenspiel alongside engineered wood fiber and borders, creating a complete outdoor neighborhood playground.

Client Profile

Killearn Estates HOA, located in Tallahassee, Florida, serves as the homeowners association for the Killearn Estates community, one of Tallahassee’s most established and desirable neighborhoods. The HOA is dedicated to maintaining the beauty, safety, and value of the neighborhood through community standards, landscaping, and maintenance of common areas. Residents enjoy access to parks, walking trails, lakes, and a beautiful golf course, all supported by the HOA’s commitment to enhancing the quality of life in Killearn Estates.

Community Playground Project Goals

Our project goals were to transform the community space into a more dynamic, inclusive, and family-friendly environment. We installed commercial playground equipment with integrated shade features for added comfort, along with a Teeter Totter, a merry go round, and a melodic Glockenspiel to spark creativity and movement. For additional safety, we installed wood chippings and border timbers, creating a safe, engaging, and beautifully defined play area for the entire community to enjoy.

Community Park Project Details and Features

This project included the installation of the Baraboo Play System, featuring integrated shade elements for added comfort and sun protection. We also added the Radical Rotator and a Glockenspiel to encourage musical and interactive play. To complete the space, 86 cubic yards of wood mulch and 82 twelve-inch playground borders were installed, creating a safe, well-defined, and engaging outdoor play environment.
