Installed the Chapel Hill and Madison playsets with modified features alongside 2,000 square feet of artificial playground turf over a padded rock sub-base.

Client Profile

Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Sandy Plains in Roswell, GA, provides accredited early childhood education for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Their philosophy emphasizes a “Hug First, Then Teach” approach, fostering a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment. Through a play-based curriculum, they promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development, encouraging lifelong learning. The academy offers state-of-the-art facilities, dedicated teachers, and interactive learning experiences.

Playground and Surfacing Project Goals

Our project focused on installing new play equipment for schools, enhancing the play area with durable commercial playground equipment. This included the Chapel Hill and Madison Play Systems and 2,000 sq. ft. of artificial playground turf for safety and durability.

Commercial Play System Project Details and Features

This project involved removing existing playground equipment, 913 sq. ft. of safety surfacing (EWF), and 643 sq. ft. of concrete sidewalks to install the Chapel Hill and Madison Commercial Play Systems with modified features. It also included 2,000 sq. ft. of artificial playground turf over a 4″ aggregate rock sub-base with 1″ playground padding for enhanced safety and durability.
