Installed a commercial playset, park swings, and an independent spinner alongside 12 inches of engineered wood mulch, creating an amazing outdoor apartment playground.

Client Profile

Prose Farm, located at 2375 E. 104th Avenue in Thornton, Colorado, offers modern one- and two-bedroom apartments inspired by the area’s agricultural heritage. Residents enjoy amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, dedicated work-from-home spaces, and a central great room with cozy leather seating and sweeping views.

Playground System Project Goals

Our project aimed to enhance the play area by installing commercial playground equipment, including a play system, independent spinner, and playground swing. To ensure safety and accessibility, we supplied and installed 93 cubic yards of EWF wood mulch at a 12-inch depth, providing a durable surface for the community play area.

This project involved installing one of our commercial playgrounds, park swings, and independent spinner in a neutral or forest color scheme to create an engaging play space. Additionally, 93 cubic yards of engineered wood playground mulch will be installed at a 12-inch depth. This created an inviting and exciting community play area.
