Installed the Pioneer Place playground system, a cantilever swing set, and durable borders to create an engaging, well-defined community space for neighborhood families.

Client Profile

Capron Ridge HOA is the homeowners association serving the Capron Ridge residential community in Melbourne, Florida. Established in 2004, the association oversees the management and maintenance of common areas, enforces community rules and covenants, and helps preserve property values throughout the neighborhood. The community features amenities such as a community pool, tennis and basketball courts, playground, and shuffleboard, and the HOA board and property manager coordinate services, collect dues, and support residents with maintenance requests and governance issues.

Community Play Space Project Goals

Our project goals were to enhance the community’s outdoor recreation space by installing new playground equipment and a swing set that encourages active play and social interaction for children. We also included new trash receptacles to help keep the area clean and inviting, along with durable borders to clearly define the play space. Together, these upgrades created a more functional, attractive, and well maintained environment for residents and their families to enjoy.

Project Details and Features

This project included the installation of commercial play area equipment, the Pioneer Place playground system in a neutral color scheme, designed to provide a fun and engaging play experience for children of various ages. We also installed one 2 bay cantilever swing set complete with chains and seats. To help define the space and support long term organization, the scope included 100 12″ playground borders. The customer was responsible for providing and installing the wood mulch surfacing, ensuring the play area was properly finished and ready for use.
