Dillard Academy Charter School, located in Goldsboro, North Carolina, serves approximately 237 students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Established in 1998, this tuition-free public charter school aims to maximize student potential. The school maintains a student-teacher ratio of 12:1, fostering personalized learning experiences. Dillard Academy emphasizes parental engagement and respects parents’ rights in their children’s education.

Commercial Playground and Surfacing Project Goals

Our project focused on enhancing the play experience by installing outdoor playground equipment for schools. This includes the Los Arboles play system, designed for safety and engagement. Additionally, we will install poured-in-place rubber surfacing, ensuring durability and accessibility, creating a safe play environment for schools.

Play Area Project Details and Features

This playground equipment installation project included the Los Arboles play system in a neutral color. The project also featured 1,600 square feet of poured-in-place rubber playground flooring at a 2-inch thickness, using a 50% color and 50% black granule mix over an aggregate base.
