Our project focuses on creating a dynamic community space by installing Keystone commercial playground equipment with a 30×30 hip shade, picnic shade, and site furnishings like benches, trash receptacles, and a bike rack. We’ll also manage permitting for shades, ensuring the new amenities foster a vibrant, accessible neighborhood environment.

The project entails installing Keystone play equipment with a 30x30x10 shade, along with a 12×12 picnic shade nearby. Site furnishings, including benches, a picnic table, bike rack, and trash receptacles, will be secured to concrete pads provided by the owner. Additionally, the project includes EWF surfacing with borders and an ADA half ramp.
