Our project objectives for Horse Creek HOA in Davenport, Florida, included designing and installing a new playground system, a industrial metal swing set post, trash receptacles, and a bike rack. We aimed to create a complete, engaging play area that enhances the community’s recreational offerings, providing a safe and enjoyable space for residents of all ages.

Project Details and Features

The project at Horse Creek HOA in Davenport, Florida, involved installing a Ditch Plains neutral single bay swing with two cantilever arms, a 30x30x12 commercial playground shade cover over the play structure, and a 40x16x10 curved cantilever shade at the pool. We also installed two 6ft in-ground benches, five 32-gallon trash receptacles, a surface-mount wave bike rack, and completed surfacing with 15 super sacks of black rubber playground mulch and borders with a half ramp.
