Lumpkin Park Apartments in Columbus, Georgia, offers two- and three-bedroom floor plans blending style and small-town charm. Residents enjoy a saltwater pool, picnic area with grills, and a modern playground. Located near Victory Drive and I-85, it’s minutes from Columbus State University and Columbus Park Crossing Mall.

Community Playground Project Goals

Our project focused on upgrading the neighborhood play area by installing affordable playground equipment for apartments and communities. We installed the Rose Creek play system along with 46 cubic yards of wood playground mulch, ensuring a durable and safe play space.
